Joseph D. Antinucci, Jr.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Prior to Zaida, Mr. Antinucci was the chief technology officer for Synergy Investment Group, a financial brokerage firm where he was responsible for implementing high-availability IP based wide area networks and negotiating all telecommunications contracts and service level agreements. He also has experience with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a Manager with the Process Management Practice, Broadway & Seymour Group - CTI Professional Services Group and KPMG Peat Marwick - Management Consulting (Federal Services Group) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Antinucci holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte).

Eric S. Schanno
Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Eric S. Schanno is the Chief Information Officer and a co-founder of Zaida Communications. He has over twelve years of contact center, telephony, consulting, integration and training experience in the telecom space. His responsibilities at Zaida include technical oversight of the Systems Integration and Managed Services divisions and management of our Fortune 500 projects group.
Previously he was a senior CTI architect with the Broadway & Seymour Group of SAIC. He was responsible for providing the architecture, design and implementation of over 30 CTI solutions including inbound service and sales, outbound sales, reporting of call center information (business and call center statistics) and custom solutions. He was also responsible for client training on the Genesys Suite. Eric's additional work experience includes Medaphis Corporation, First Data Corporation/ACB Business, and MCI Communications. Eric was a member of the United States Marine Corps.
